Riverbend Adventures is the "Blue Collar" Fly Fishing Guide Service for Trout and Steelhead in Northern California.

We are based in Lewiston, California, only minutes from some of the best fly fishing in the Pacific Northwest...The Trinity River! Fishermen come from all over the world to test their skills and catch the "Elusive" Steelhead! If you are interested in learning how to fly fish for Steelhead...the Trinity River is the perfect size river to get started on.

Steelhead Season: starts in September and continues through March. We guide the Trinity from the community of Lewiston to the Hoopa Reservation, approximately 80 miles down-river.

The Trinity River is one of the most pristine, wild and scenic rivers you will ever fish in the lower 48. We offer driftboat float trips and walk-ins, depending on river conditions and where the fly fishing is most productive.

Trout Season: starts in March and goes through November. The waters we guide for "wild" Rainbow and Brown Trout are primarily the Fall River Valley (the largest spring fed system in the world,) Hat Creek ( wild trout section,) the Pit River, McCloud River, Upper Sacramento River, Lower Sacramento River and several Northern California lakes and reservoirs.

We use only the finest quality equipment for all of our fly fishing trips, such as 16' Clackacraft Driftboats, 14' Vanguard rafts to fish the bigger rivers, and 14-16' Lowe outboard skiffs to fish the lakes and Fall River Valley. All rods, reels, tackle, and gear are state-of-the-art and available to you, if needed. We look forward to making your fly fishing experience unforgettable!
